If its not turning most likely you would be having a motor issue remove the top cover by the small screws located on the back of the machine and slide the top panel back.have the unit off and try spining the unit you may notice there might be a broken belt that is on the rear pulley or that the belt is not on the pulley if you do not see a belt most likely it is down the bottom of the machine if the belt is still present on the pulley try spining the rear pulley which is seated with the drum if you are unable to then you would then have to check the motor or on some units there is a motor control board located down the bottom as well but check the belt first and then message me back as well as if you have any further questions . Thanks again for using fixya

Getting nf code on final spin cycle

The "nf" code is a "no-fill" fault. This indicates that your washing is not getting water supplied to it, or the pressure isn't substantial enough to complete a fill. You need to, first, make sure the water supply is turned on. Second, if the water IS turned on, and you're still not getting anything to your washer, you may have a fill valve problem. The fill valve is what both your hoses connect to on the back of the machine. It can become clogged with sediment over time (especially, if you have hard water or well water). Turn the water supply off and remove both hoses from the back of the washer. Check both these hose connections for clogs in the filter screens. If they are clear, then more than likely the fill valve has gone bad. I hope this helps you.

GE Adora front load washer overloaded now won't start

Washers - Resetting Electronic Controls on a Washer

If there is a pause in the washer cycle, the controls will lock up. The pause can occur because of a power failure or it was put in the test mode at the factory.

Also, if the washer was stopped before the cycle was complete or the consumer has pushed the stop/pause button to temporarily stop the cycle and the cycle is not reset. Over a period of 24 hours, the washer will pump out and spin, but will stay in the final spin.

To correct the situation, shut off the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or unplug the washer, then turn the timer knob around and back to any position other than final spin. Verify the water is turned on and restore power. This should resolve the issue.

Rinse water fills the washing machine when the spin cycle starts

Check your outlet filter, most likely it is blocked, preventing the water from draining out. Chk your pump too. Before this disconnect from the wall socket; and also check the pipe coming from the tub to the filter. Siphon out the excess water from inside the machine before you open the pipes.
