Question about Apple iPod touch
Hello, Welcome to Fixya.com
Sounds like you got yourself a defective on the spot situation here. Solution if its brad new take it back where your purchased it and leave the miss to Apple. There is one bad Apple in every batch trust me this world is not perfect.
Did you try hooking it up to the computer yet?
Maybe the battery is too low to operate and needs to be hooked up to a computer with itunes to activate anyhow so try that before taking it back to the store.
