I have a 2001 Trace legand series inverter modle L1512. Can i switch to Lifeline LL-GPL4CT 6 volt batteries with no changes to inverter?

If the inverter is intended for 6 volt batteries, and I doubt it, then yes. However, it is common to connect two six volt batteries in series to get 12V, which most RV inverters use. I have four 6 volt, series parallel connected batteries in my home providing 830 AH to run the house during the peak periods of the day. I have never had a problem with this set up.

Need to wire up 3 batterys on 83 fleetwood rv

If its a twelve volt system than you will wire them in parallel. This means that the all the positives will be connected to each other and all the negatives will be connected to each other. If this is a 36 volt system you will wire them in series. This means you will wire the first battery positive to the vechicle and the negative to the second batteries positive. The second batteries negative will go to the third batteries positive. The third batteries negative will go to the vehicle. This will give you 36 volts.

How do i wire my golf cart for one light and one horne 6 volt batterys 36 volt system

The batteries are connected in series (6V + 6V+ 6V +6V +6V +6V), Select only two batteries (CONNECTED TO EACH OTHER in series FROM POSITIVE TO NEGATIVE (last two batteries preferred) and run two wires (one black one red) from the positive (red) and the negative (black). purchase two switches one MOMENTARY PUSH BUTTON AND ONE TOGGLE. Split the two wires by ADDING another length to the middle of each wire respectively Add the switching devices by connecting the red wire to one of the terminals. The other terminal will then receive Another length (red) to be the connected the same way to the horn (push button switch) The black wires (ground) are to be connected to the other terminal of the horn and light. NOTE: it is advisable to add a 15A in line fuse to the red wire near the battery.

Want to connect electric lights to ez-go electric golf cart. It is a six battery system and I want to simply add a front light and rear red light.

You said you have 6 batteries. Are they 6 volt or 8 volt? Hint-- 6 volt has three holes in the top and an 8 volt has 4 holes on top of the battery. Battery manufacturers recommend the use of a voltage reducer wired to the whole bank. This take the 36 or 48 volts down to 12 volts and is regulated. this is recommended so as not to stress just 2 batteries. If you have 6 volt batteries, you can use any 2 that are wired in series.

Need a wiring diagram for a barbie 12 volt two battery jeep !!!!!

When you mean wired in series you mean you tied the positive from one battery to the negative of the other. That will put 12 volts into the system. Is it supposed to run on 12 volts or 6 volts? If it is only supposed to be 6 volts you should wire the batteries in series. Negative to negative to negative wire to load. Positive to positive to positive wire to Load. Hope this helps
