Hi Jackie,
This will actually $200 more or less depend on the technician. If the technician is come from the service center representative it will cost you $200 more but if he is a walk-in(not from service center) technician may charged you $200 or less. I would advice you to look for a qualified walk-in technician to save some money. You may ask your friend if they can recommend you an experienced one.
Hope I helped you.
Have a nice day!
Thanks for using Fixya.

My air conditioner constantly turns off it was running great then now i cant keep it running or staying on

Are the filters clean of dust[first thing to check and often forgotten]
There are many faults that affect air conditioners, most are only for trained service techs but you could check out the return air temperature sensor if you can see it. Usually situated on r/h side of indoor unit, it measures the air being drawn from the room back to the unit, if it is covered by dust it can send the wrong info to the control board causing the unit to shut down before desired temp is reached.
Mine started to do this, a strong puff of air from an air bed pump (don't touch the sensor unless you know what you are up to..) fixed it.
You could look at the outdoor unit for ice build up(you don't say of the unit is cooling or heating?) excessive ice
could be a faulty defrost sensor.

Is there a fuse or relay or micro relay for the CHMSL on 98 sts

check the lt blue wire at upper lamp,(under trunk lid trim panel) for 12 volts when brake is applied. if no voltage, check same color wire at brake lamp switch for voltage.(by brake pedal).if no voltage replace stop lamp switch asm. if voltage is detected at rear by lamp then replace CHMSL asm.(center high mount stop lamp). this lamp is made of many LED's,if some work and some don't you will need to replace lamp asm. can be repaired by a trained GM tech, possibly. there is no seperate fuse or relay for this lamp, only a stop lamp fuse.

Service Heater light is on... what does that normally mean?

This is usually low flow. Try cleaning the baskets and make sure the filter is clean. This will usually fix the problem.

Refrigerator fan running not cooling

Good day,
That is the compressor not running. Could be a bad compressor, or one of it's starting components.
You can remove the start components from the compressor, by removing the cover, and pulling them off the compressor pins.
Any decent sized appliance parts house will test the components, usually made up of the overload protector, start relay, and on some models a start/run capacitor.
If any parts check bad, replace them, if they all check O.K. then you will need the services of a trained service tech.

Brother IntelliFAX 4100 pickup roller

Need more info. Do you need help in replacing the roller? If so, it is a big job. You have to completely remove the doc feed asm and all covers to get to the roller shaft asm. Best to let a tech do it for you.
Have you tried cleaning it with some roller cleaner. Try a little bit of Goof-Off cleaner on a cotton rag.
