If the iPod is in Recovery mode, you can use programs like ZiPhone or iNdependance. If your iPod is in DFU mode, then hold the home button and power button down at the same time to exit DFU mode. If the iPhone is in DFU mode because it was unplugged in the middle of a restore, then you'll have to restore the iPod, which will unfortunately delete everything on it.

Heres what you must do,However, be aware that this process will erase all data on your iPod Touch. To fix the disabled problem, you must go into DFU Mode and restore.
Your iPod should be running again after this process. From this point you can restore from a backup, if there is one present.
