When you say, "water is coming out of tank" do you mean leaking around the seams? Or coming out of the tank drain valve?

The water seems to come out of a pipe near the bottom,i was wondering if theres an airlock and might need a new o ring ?, if so where to get one from.

If there's a On/Off valve on that pipe you referenced, it's probably the tanks drain valve. In which case you can either buy the parts to repack the vale or replace it entirely. In either case, you can find what you need at just about any hardware store. If it's not the drain valve and is a copper pipe with a union, it's probably leaking from the union and needs to be resoldered or replaced. If it's PVC pipe, it's probably cracked. and will have to be replaced.

Hope this helped you to solve the problem. Please be kind enough to rate my response to you. Thanks!

I have an old Paloma PH-12M-DN tankless gas water heater. I have water flow on the inlet side, but no water flow at all coming out of the outlet side. What might the problem be?

the tank must fill before you will get any flow from the outlet.that will take some time before you get anything out. how long depends on the size of your tank.hth jq

PALOMA PTG-74PVN-1 Code C8 12 my water heater

C8 is the last stop in the point of burner ignition and a total of eight error codes. Error code 12 is a supplemental code that means your LP gas supply is too low...have your LP tank service and try again.

Paloma tank less water heater flashes code C4 13 and we have no hot water?how to fix it?

I had the same problem with my Paloma a year and a half after installation...contacted Rheem customer service (800-432-8373) and they recommened a local installer in my area. The technican diagnosed the problem as the "flow control valve"; he managed to get Rheem/Paloma to cover the part under warranty...I only had to shell out the money for the install.

vulcan bonaire comfort control External natural gas electronic ignition 2004. ISSUE: Fan blowing only cool air continuously. Forced to kill power to stop it. model is one of the following. MB514E,20E or 30E. Going by mech drawing parts list. i can confirm what type of sensors i have cleaned with very fine sandpaper. flame sensor PN 5441603SP and IGNITER ELECTRODE PN 5441602SP The fault code i see is described as the following. There are x4 LED's. Sequence Left to Right. LEGEND: 1 Flame Sensor 2 Pressure switch 3 OverTemp 4 Diag. R Red G Green S Solid Colour B Blinking LED Behaviour. In order 2RS & 4GS Until i hear ignition. 2RS & 3RB Duration: split second 2RB,3RS & 4GB Duration: split second 3RS & 4GB Duration: Until it has completed blinking x4 times. 3RS Duration 4 seconds Repeat last two mentioned behaviour. in my own opinion, as a safety feature, the unit thinks that it has overheated or is about to. so kills the gas and force feeding cool air to heating components to save it from frying. Does this mean i have fault 04 if so does this mean i may have a faulty igniter or flame sensor or maybe a faulty as described in the mech drawing SWITCH OVER TEMPERATURE 120 degrees celsius. Am i correct here? Is this the over temperature cut out switch? if no one can really pinpoint which part requires replacement, can you at least, in sequence advise which parts to purchase? so then ill just try my luck. i wonder how to properly test if flame sensor, igniter, over temp etc is faulty with a multimeter. do i just perform a continuity test. I wonder what other parts can i test related to this fault im getting.
