Use Creative's Media Explorer which came with the player. Click on "add media", then select which files you wnat to transfer. This applies to MP3 files but if you have loaded CD's onto the PC in their original format, you will need to convert them to MP3s.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I plugged in my creative zen mozaic to transfer

You can use creative centrale, but I personally wouldn't suggest it. It is overcomplicated. Whenever I transfer music I usually just use Sync on Windows Media Player.

My zen stone won't rcognize new music I put on it. It appears as synched but does not play

Hi,

ensure the music you are putting onto it, is in the required Format ( MP3 et,c )
If you are transfering music direct from CD ( WAV ) the player won,t recognise or support it. Therefore you need to convert from WAV To MP3. You can use nero to do this.

Zen mp3 player 4gb won't work just got it yesterday

I would suggest you take it back and get another brand. I bought 2 of those and they both kept on having the same problem. I do not that the Creative Zen is good product.

Transfrering mucisc CD to ZEN via windows XP

It should use the same software to transfer music, but you may need to update the software to handle the new players firmware. If you are trying to use the old software from the old Zen, it may have some issues with the new player. The software for the newer Zen players is a bit different than older versions.
Does it give you problems ripping CDs or is it not transferring the tracks?
You may want to use Windows Media Player or another software to rip the CDs into mp3 format (I recommend that over other formats because WMA and mp4 are really hardcore with licensing and copying files to other computers.) and then transfer them using the Creative software or another media manager like WMP or Notmad Explorer or one of the many others out there.

If you have any other questions, let me know. I have worked with Creative players a lot over the years.

Cheers

Mp3 file transfer to zen micro?!

Visit Creative Support and navigate to your mp3 player. Next download the driver for this player. Then all you need to do to transfer mp3 files is connect your player (while it's on) to your PC, open up Windows Media Player, go to the sync tab, drag the files you want on your player into the sync list on the right side of the screen and slick start sync.

I have a Creative Zen Mp3 player 8gig, i have music on it, which i put on through my computer, i then formatted my PC, how do i put the music from my Mp3 player back on my PC ??

If your computer is running on Windows2000 or higher versions of operating system and you only need to transfer your mp3 files to your computer. Just plug it in (USB) and it will be recognized as a removable drive then you can start copy / transfer files. Otherwise if you need to manage your files (convert / organize) you need to install the software for creative zen found in your installer CD. If you don't have one you may visit this link http://support.creative.com/Products/Products.aspx?catid=213&catName=MP3+Players I am not familiar with the exact model of your creativ player just browse from the list.

Can't transfer songs onto my mp3 player

Some types of mp3 files won't transfer to Creative Zen players. Try re-encoding the files either again in mp3 or in wma and try importing them again.
