I upgraded the firmware (english version - default was german) and it
worked just fine. After I restarted the router I couldn't access it.
DHCP doesent work, so I entered the ip address manualy example
192.168.0.10 gateway 192.168.0.1 after that I ping 192.168.0.1 and it
is successfull, but I cant access the web interface. The status light
is blinking, and WLAN is off. I did a portscan and no ports are
open...Can you please give me some directions how to deal with this.
Thaks in advance. Looking forward to your replay.
The router's software got corrupted which affected some of the feature on your router such as DHCP or the wireless. The only way to do it is to reflash/reload the firmware of the router then make sure you reset it back to its factory default. After that, it should work unless there is a problem already on your device.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Then install it on your D-Link. To figure out how to navigate around the German interface, use the D-Link emulator here to practise on an English equivalent (just click OK at the Login prompt).
Essentially, you'll be going to the fourth button on the left-hand side (Firmware), then hitting the Browse button in the middle to select the firmware file you downloaded to your local hard disk. After that, just follow the steps.
many routers have problems on firmware upgrades in regards to configuration data. You should try to reset the routher to factory defaults (the firmware upgrade will still be fine) then put in you old configuratin information in for the reset.
Check first the cables and connections, and the broadband filter.
You need to connect through cable to configure the router.
To access the router panel you need to input the router IP address on Internet explorer bar.
default IP is http://192.168.0.1
If IP is not default, you find out IP by opening the command prompt from start menu>>all programs>>accessories>>system tools (that kind of dos mode). On command prompt type ipconfig/all. The default gateway is router IP.
On the router access panel default settings are :
User Admin Password leave blank
See all procedures on manual below.
Copy and paste the address below on your browser address bar.
Make sure that you have a copy of the latest firmware and it has an *.exe file with it. Because the router's configuration page won't be available, you'll be needing the exe to some sort of force the firmware upgrade procedure.
Unplug everything attached to your router except the power cable and LAN cable connected to your pc.
Configure your TCP/IP with this info: IP:192.168.123.253, Default mask:255.255.255.0, Default Gateway:192.168.123.254 and DNS Server:192.168.123.254 (Use only 1 DNS server). Save this new configuration and reboot your pc.
Unplug the power cable to your router as the pc reboots. When everything is up and running, plug the power cable. The status led will be flashing like crazy. It's normal.
Use the exe file to upgrade your firmware. Make sure that the utility file (exe file) is able to recognize your router or else you won't be able to do a firmware upgrade. Now this may take a while, keep pressing the Refresh button to recognize your router. Once recognized you would see there 192.168.0.1 crash. Once you have this, you can now press the upgrade button.
Wait for a while until the unit finishes the upgrade and once done, I think you have recovered the life of your router from the pits of hell. Hahahaha.
You can now unplug the power of the router and restart your pc, see if everything is doing fine.
Try changing the channel of your router ex (channel 1-6-11). Since you upgrade the firmware of your router you need to reset it to factory default and reconfigure everything so the new firmware will take effect.
