Question about Cell Phones
The operating memory of the unit and deleting contacts dont account for much memory space. If the unit reads AM memory full then the internal memory has to be rid of unwanted messages before the unit can function properly. The lack of processing memory on the unit is what has made the unit to stop working. If you can access the messages on the unit delete them but if not you will have to send it to a phone repair centre for the memory chip to be replaced.
