As far as the internet goes, thsi product only seems to be compatible with Windows 95, 98, 2000, Me and XP. Windows 7 drivers for it don't exist.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Could you please direct me as to where I can download the drivre for Wireless Optical Mouse Innovera IVR-61025 model? thxs

It looks like this is a common issue on the net. The drivers CD that came with some of this brand of electronics were faulty or for operating systems other than Windows.

I was unable to find a valid driver (i was pretty surprised), I wish you all the best...

Let me know if there is anything else I can do!

Purchased new Innovera IVR-61020 and the Driver CD is bent and won't load. HELP

It doesn't seem like Innovera has a website or support of any kind. If you have Mac OSX or Windows 7, the Operating System may find and install the driver for you. Hopefully you have another mouse to use in order to do that. I wouldn't trust googling it and using a driver website download.

Mouse constantly freezes....plug it in and out since i got it now it just freezes every 5 minutes or so

you might have to uninstall the mouse and its drivers then restart your computer then reinstall the mouse and its drivers
click start control panel mouse you should see 4 tabs buttons, pointers, pointer options and hardware under hardware you can troubleshoot also you can select properties under driver you will have the options update driver, rollback driver or uninstall and under hardware you can troubleshoot
in xp
click start right click on my computer select properties device manager control scroll to mice and pointing devices you might see a yellow question mark? right update driver in
make sure the battery is good (has full charge)also you might test the usb device for the mouse is inserted correctly into the usb port (if applicable)

Does The wireless optical mouse for innovera need an installation disk"

it should come with a dongle that you put into a USB port. Once connected if you are using either XP or Vista it will auto install, a small window will open near the bottom left of your screen telling you that a device is installing. So no it does not need a install disk

Innovera Wireless Optical Mouse and Keyboard

I would replace the whole setup with a new mouse and keyboard. A lot of manufacturers out there have faulty products and wireless input devices are not known for their reliability. I would suggest a logitech setup. This seems to be the most stable brand that I have found.
