By the default this router is using a 192.168.15.1 , if you cannot access it using that IP address you can do a reset on the unit by pressing the reset button of the router.
You can also check the default gateway of the computer from command prompt by typing IPCONFIG from the computer working with the router and once you find the default gateway that is the number that you can try to access the router page.
