Question about Microsoft ZUNE JS8BRPBDLUG MP3 Player
I download zune software and tried to intall it. After 100% of installation I have screen which notice me that i didn't install required zune package. I download Zune Package from microsoft page (188MB) and when i trying to extract files i see text - FILE IS CORRUPT. That appears when file NETFX64.exe is trying to extract. Please help me! I don't have CD with zune because i bought it from auction. Player i detected by my Vista Home Premium. It charges.
DON'T download it yourself. There is a simpler way! Delete all of those files! Uninstall them all!
Now, plug your Zune into your computer and the computer should detect your Zune and locate/install the necessary drivers/software that you need automatically! It is SO much simpler that way!

Uninstall all zune software and download and install it again. Possibly a bad download.
Or run error check on your computer then try it again.
Go to my computer, right-click on C: - go to properties- then go to TOOLS tab. Click on Error check - make sure you have both boxe(s) checked to fix errors as they are found then hit start. You will have to restart your computer for this check to happen. Usually takes a a few hours, but recommended to do at least once every few months.
Hope this helps!
