Take remote apart and clean out with windex or alcohol. make sure the buttons are not sticking.

you lost DC power.
battery dead, you didnt say if it cranks fast? does it?
check fuses, if car cranks fast.
if not check battery charge
if dont crank (sure wiggle shifter, sure try neutral starts)
if wont crank do tell of jumper started it cranks ok.
and post back.

Craftsman fast charger

run all 3 batteries down to full dead then fully recharge. some times this can help

My betteries charge very fast and in les then five minuts they'r dead

Batteries are usually bad when this happens. Suggest searching internet for replacement batteries.

My battery keeps going dead really fast on z740

Here are the steps:
1. Make sure you will install a new or fully charged battery/batteries into your camera. Please use lithium batteries Ni-Mh or rechargeable Batteries (2000 M.Amp or higher).
2. Clean the battery contacts.
a. Remove the battery/batteries and the memory card from your camera, then wipe the battery contacts with a soft, clean cloth.
b. Reinstall the battery/batteries into your camera
3. Turn on your camera without the memory card.

Dead battery or bad solenoid?

You could be hearing the solenoid or the relay,but it sounds like you have a loose connection if it is clicking fast.
