Fuji FinePix A805 Digital Camera won't recognize SDHC card

The A805 works with SD cards. While SDHC cards will fit into the slot, they are electronically incompatible and will not work. You need to use SD cards, 2GB and smaller.

Can you use SDHC when manual says SD?

An SDHC card is not an SDHC card. While it fits into the same slot, it will not work unless the device is designed to also work with SDHC cards. SD cards go up to 2GB in size, SDHC cards go from 4GB to 32GB in size. Unfortunately, Vivitar seems to be a little fuzzy on the distinction between the two.
In your particular case, you should be able to use any SD card, or any SDHC card up to 16GB in size.

I got a Vivitar ITwist X014 camera but is did not come with a SD memory card? What and where do I get this? Perplexed

It didn't come with a memory card because Vivitar can't know what type/size/speed card you want. You should be able to buy SD and SDHC cards at just about any department, electronics, or office-supply store.

Loosely speaking, a memory card is the equivalent of film, with the main difference that you can reuse a memory card. You take your pictures, they get stored on the card, then you can transfer the pictures to your computer and reuse the card for more pictures.

How can i transfer my p;ictures from my camara samsung l200 to my memory card because is not saving them?

Welcome to FixYa.

One possible reason is that your memory card is not yet formatted for camera use.
Image or recoridng will be automatically be saved in your memory card, if card is inserted. If not, it will be saved on your internal memory.

Second reason is it is in write protection. The SD/SDHC memory card has a write protect switch that prevents image files from being deleted or formatted. By sliding the switch to the bottom of the memory card, the data will be protected. By sliding the switch to the top of the memory card, the data protection will be cancelled

Before taking pictures you have to slide the switch to the top of the memory card.

Please let me know if you have any questions and if this solution was helpful.

Thank you for using FixYa.

Can a 4gb memory card be used in a vivicam 6324 and if so how do i formatt it it keeps saying memory full?

If it's actually a 4GB SD card and not an SDHC card then it can be used. However, the SD specifications actually only go to 2GB, so almost all cards larger than that are SDHC cards. While SDHC cards will fit into SD slots, they are electronically incompatible and will not work.

Given that the camera isn't formatting it, I'd say that the card is an SDHC card. I suggest using SD cards 2GB and smaller.
