Hello,
This usually occurs when the phone battery is very low. If this is not the case and your phone is completely charged then your phone has either a software or hardware problem. Please contact your cellphone provider for further assistance.

Turn on power hear it come on then turns it self off and power light starts blinking

Blinking light may be a error code----look closely and see if blinks in a sequence---3 blinks, pause 3 blinks or 5,5.

The blinking light means set is in protective shutdown, Do you see a sequence to the blinks?

I am here to help.

If needed, unplug set and plug it back in and try to turn on---watch for likely error code.
