Sounds like water damage to teh keyboard. soak it in rice (DRY UNCOOKED RICE) and it will pull out all moisture in the phone take out the batter

accurate and up to date information for you.
1. Please do not be concerned, removing the battery will only wipe out whatever has NOT been saved so your phone directory is safe
2. Once you remove the battery, wait a minute before reinstalling it
3. charge your unit before turning it back on, preferrably 2 hours time with phone shut off.
4. Turn your phone back on and if you continue to receive just a white screen I will continue to troubleshoot your problem with an expert solution
