Re: Acer aspire 5610z problem
Go to this page and scroll down until you see your model and then click on the get drivers list in PDF version.
Download the ones for Vista from the PDF file one by one to a unique new folder and then burn them onto a CD or DVD or you can put them on a Pen Drive. Then use this resource to install Vista.
Note: if while trying to access the PDF file from the download list your browser times out, wait until later when there are fewer users.
When you do begin to install drivers for your Vista installation, install the Display driver first and reboot. Then install the Network driver. After these two you can install the rest in any order you wish.

Your laptop was not designed to run windows 7 or be compatible with it. It may run fine with windows 7 but issues might come up sooner or later like the one you're experiencing.
[EXPERIMENTAL] Download both of these (as I don't know which one of thsese two your laptop needs). Keep mind that doing the following could render your system inoperable and use at own risk. When downloaded, extract ZIP , open desired folder and find SETUP or INSTALL program. Right click and choose properties, then navigate to compatibility mode, then select windows Vista from the menu. Then apply changes, ok and close window and attempt to start.
you did not say which Operating system you are using which is important as I am going to suggest you install the driver. at any rate I am going to give you the link where you can select your computer model and operating system from the drop down menus. from the horizontal menu choose driver and select your camera make
First remove the current driver from add/remove programs applet in Control Panel ,reboot and then reinstall the driver from the drivers CD or download it from Acer: http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/downloads_gd.html
Select Notebook ,Aspire ,then 5610z, by default the operating system is Windows Vista but you can change it if you have Windows XP.
Download the bison driver and reinstall it.
firstly uninstalled the webcam drivers and reboot your computer and you have to download webcam driver for xp supported from www.acer.com and install it or reinstalled your windows xp then install the xp drivers

you can downloads any acer driver from acer.com just download and install all you find for your model... the problem might be if you dont know how... many drivers just uncompress the installing data to a folder usually in a TEMP folder or a ACER folder in this case... just read what you are doing and that will be all.
here is a link for the model you posted here http://www.acerpanam.com/flex/acerdrivers/bin/drivers.html?CFID=188401&CFTOKEN=30397319
