Question about Samsung WF328AA Front Load Washer
This is what you can do;
1. there should be a holder at the back of the machine to put the hose higher than the water level to avoid draining by gravitation.
2. put the inlet of the hose to a drainage
3. let the process start to wash. this machines are equipped with internal pump to push water out to proceed to the next process. once drained, the process starts to rinse and spin.
hope this is clear.

Make sure your drsain hose is higher than the water level and not sealed in the drain line in your home. Also, make certain it is not sitting in the water in the drain line as well....it must have air to prevent siphoning.
