Question about Cell Phones
Which phone is it?
By the 2.2, I am guessing it is running Android operating system. It may be as easy as googling " 2.2 update". That will likely bring you to the manufacturers website and let you know if an update is available. From there there will likely be a guide as far as how to update it with step by step instructions. You will likely need to download a 2.2 rom and update your phone.
If your phone does not have the 2.2 update available then you can still update the phone with a custom ROM, although be cautious as some may leave your phone with a bug or two, or with not as many features as before. To find a ROM search for your phone on this site, theunlockr.com/. Then if you are wanting to upgrade the ROM, keep in mind that I cannot take any responsibility for anything going wrong, follow the instructions usually provided on the site. Also try and find a ROM you like which has good ratings as it means others have had success with it.
