I have been trying to play my zen creative with my car cd receiver but keep getting "no device". Is my car unit not compatible with my mass storage device?? I was assured by the sales person that it was - or have they just pain lied to me. Your advice on this mater would be greatly appreciated as I live in a remote area and Cd's & 4WD are not the best combination.

I have tried to enter my cd unit but the model is not there it is kenwood kdc-mp5033u
