J have desktop logitech k330 but j lost connection where j can bye it

I you want to purchase the same model or newer ones that came after that go to www.logitech.com and buy it direct for around $40.00. Otherwise Wal-Mart, Kmart, Best Buy, Target sells wireless Logitech keyboards. Just google wireless logitech wireless keyboard and you will see a listing.

The mouse that comes with my Dell computer (2 yrs old) doesn't move smoothly on the mouse pad and is difficult when trying to zero in on a speciific site. Thanks for your help.

The solution may depend on the type of mouse you are using. If it is a ball mouse, you may need to clean the ball, because dirt can throw off the sensors in the mouse. If it's a PS2 mouse connection (the round connector, not USB) try using a different mouse if you have one around. If it is a laser mouse, try plugging it into a different USB port on the computer, or try using a different mouse pad. If it is a wireless mouse, it may need new batteries, or may need to be synced up with the receiver again.

Thye mouse is not working for wireless is there something i need to download to get it going

Dealing with Download you can always download the mouses application and if you dont have the cd you can flip the mouse upside down and locate the maker either logitech, microsoft etc and then from there you need to goto that manufacturer website such as logitech.com if that is yours and then you will have to locate SUPPORT and DRIVERS/SOFTWARE there should be an input for the specific Model that you have and once you locate it I would suggest you download and install that software. I would also suggest that you should try different batteries in your wireless mouse, You can also make sure that you are pressing the connect button on both the USB transmitter and underneath the mouse also press the "CONNECT" button. if all else fails you might have a bad Mouse and if its the wireless usb transmitter or the actual mouse laser then unfortunately last choice would be to go buy one I know www.bestbuy.com sells them starting at $15. Good luck and please rate me if I have helped you with your solution. Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi, I am setting up a computer with a Logitech cordless laser mouse. It has 2 AA batteries in it, which I've changed to no avail. It has no connections, and will not work at all. Am I missing...

I assume you've plugged the receiver into the USB port? If so, there is a connect button on the mouse and possibly one on the receiver, depending on the model. If there's one on the receiver, push it (usually you'll need a paperclip or a pen to do so) and then press the one on the mouse. I the receiver lacks this, just press the one on the mouse. This synchronizes the radio frequency between the mouse and the receiver.

Thanks and please take a moment to rate as fixya. Thank you.

Mouse will not work when plugged in.

What kind of mouse is it? If it has a round plug, then it's a PS/2 mouse, if a rectangular one than it's USB.

Either way, I suggest getting a new mouse. Get a laser mouse instead of a mouse with a ball in it. They last much longer. I've been buying Logitech brand mice for years and find them to be reliable.

For example, at Staples you can probably pick up a basic, wired, USB Logitech mouse for under $30, maybe less than $20. I recommend wired over wireless, wireless ones burn up batteries quickly.

Also, I've found that if you have a round PS/2 plug for a mouse instead of USB, many of the Logitech mice come with a little green adapter in the package that will let you plug the USB mouse into a round PS/2 port.

I know this is a dumb solution, but mice are so inexpensive these days that messing around with an older mouse simply isn't worth the effort.

Keyboard and Mouse

Try pricewatch.com.....if it exists you can probably find it there. But..is it essential you have a square one? The only determining factor for a keyboard or mouse is the connection....that ranges from wireless (in which case you must also have a receiver), to usb to serial. Look at the end of your keyboard and mouse and match it..they have pictures. By the way I recently bought several mice and keyboards on sale at Gearxs.com.....paid $2.44 and $3.68. They were new and logitech and worked. Tango.

Cursor failure

Solution one:

it may be that your mouse is failing and you may need to to buy another, logitech, microsoft etc are very good mouse brands but cost around 30 - 80$. laser and wireless mouses work very well with desktop pc's. but however, if you do buy a new mouse and it does the same thing.

Solution two:

go to you mouse settings and disable "hide cursor while typing" this is a common mistake for mouse settings.

hope this helps you.
