To remove BIOS password, all you need to do is to remove the CMOS battery and put it back again. check the manual of your system on where is the location of the CMOS battery and how to remove it.
Remember just remove it and place it back, and make sure that the computer is unplug to the outlet and remove the battery as well for your safety.
