Question about Computers & Internet
Use your web browser and LOGON to your modem/router administration page (check your modem/router manual for the correct address of your router). Navigate to Broadband or Internet status and check if your modem/router has managed to acquire the following from your ISP:
1) IP Address
2) Primary DNS Server Address
3) Secondary DNS Server Address
If you don't seem to have gotten any valid addresses, please check your ADSL/DSL/Cable for any lose connections, power-off/on router and try again.
If nothing helps, please call your ISP Tech Support as the problem may be with your service provider.
