Question about Cell Phones
When this happens, the most common cause is that the handset's ringer volume is turned either down, or off. To make sure that this is not the issue, you will need to go into the handset's menu, select settings, sounds, and make sure that the ringer volume is turned up and is on. If this is the case, then you have an issue with your handset, and I would recommend that you call your wireless provider to see if your device is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, which is usually for 1 year.
