Driver for m1063

You don't need a driver.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

Some pictures will not transfer from my camera to my computer

Hi,

There may be some problem with the camera software (driver) in your computer. Uninstall the driver from the system, restart your computer and download the software from this link and install it in your computer.

Now transfer the images.

Good luck and have a nice day.

Thanks for using FixYa.

My m1063 Kodak camera will transfer most of the pictures to my computer. A few pictures will not transfer. Is there something I can do to correct this problem?

Do the pics that will not transfer have the same numbers as ones already on your computer? If so, the computer thinks you already downloaded them.

I have a kodak m1063 digital camera that is not recharging nor downloading pictures to computer. Just bought a new battery.

Sounds like a cable fault.
Try w. a different cable.

Remove the battery
Clean the metal contacts on the battery using a clean cloth

Pls test with an alt. batt.
If you do not have access to a dif. battery.
Pls. take the batt out of the camera. Insert the charger into the unit from the main socket and turn the camera on. If the camera works you will need to replace the batt. If not you will need to order a No power repair.

If you insist on having the Kodak software, you may download it from here.

Lost USB cable for camera. Where do I get new one? What to ask for?

Go to Staples or Tiger Direct or Canadian Tire, or some dollar stores cary it too, Radio Shack , the Source etc.
Ask for reg -USB to mini USB, bring camera there so you can test it. You can get a 5 volt charger as well for about 12.00.

When i turn on my kodak m1063 my lcd will read that my internal

It is not a matter of downloading the photos. Your camera will say your "memory card is full" when that is needed.
Go into the menu on the camera and scroll down to the Image Storage menu and turn in from Internal Memory to Auto. Should do the trick.
