How do I access the second ram slot on a Voyager 5815-2.5 ?

If it is not in the back where the first ram slot is located, then it is either under the keyboard or on either side under the plamrest. You'll have to remove the keyboard and palmrest to get to it.

Finding RAM slot on an Evesham Voyager 5715 laptop

Laptop ram is always very small, and well protected.

If you open your case, there might be a little "door" or panel to where the ram might be behind.

Cannot locate access to memory slots in order to upgrade RAM on Evesham Voyager 64 laptop.

The Voyager would have been even faster with more than the supplied 512MB of memory - you can't upgrade this yourself, but Evesham will supply 1GB as standard for an extra £89.
http://www.evesham.com with the limmitted memory capacity, i would definitely turn off all unused open programs and services you dont need in windows. you may do this and realize you don't need more memory.

I would like to install more RAM on an evesham desktop PC. There is no tech support now - how do I determine what spec RAM to buy?

You need to check that on the momery installed on your computer or if you can find the brand and model of your motherboard(mobo) you can find what memory you need by going to the manual of the mobo (you can go to the mobo's website and check the manual, it will list the compatible memory module fo your mobo).

Installing a 2nd 256m ram memory card into packard bell imedia3501

Installing more memory to a pc is very universal and is done the same way into all computers out there.

First unplug your pc

Open the side cover or remove the cover debending on your pc case.

Turn the pc sideways on the floor or table
and locate the memory slots near the cpu.

In this pc we have 3 memory modules installed
In this case I would have to remove one of the original memory modules first before installing a new one.

But in your computer you should have a extra slot open.

Simply insert the memory into the slot and turn the white switches on the sides to lock the memory in.

And you are done.

I think you may be right about this one, There seem to be quite a few distressed Evesham owners out there, you are correct in that to remove the keyboard you would normally remove the facia above the keyboard, but as I have no direct experience on this laptop I cannot tell you exactly how, although on a few models they include the hinge arches on the facis, and sometimes there is a securing screw on the back of the hinge arches. Good luck my friend as I fear that a service manual may be difficult to find,
