When you say "insulate the line" I assume you mean water line. the only thing that you can do is to use "heat tape" and then over that you would place fiberglass insultation and silver tape to keep the insulation on the tubing. If you live in a climate that isn't too cold and has a short season, the built in thermostat on the heat tape will prevent it from "costing you a fortune" mobile home tubing is often insulated this way and its not very expensive to maintain an above freezing temp.

The fridge is leaking inside. I guess the condensation line os clogged since the pan below has been dry for a long time. I do not know how to unclog the condensation line. Thanks Alfonos Socarras

Remove the food and the ice maker from the freezer ( if equiped ) . Remove the rear freezer panel . Using a hair dryer , start in the middle , below the coils , defrosting , until you see the drain hole . Use hot water to help defrost the hole . Once water starts going thru the hole , use a small hose inserted into the hole , and blow thru , to remove any unseen debris in the drain line . Use an ALUMINUM or COPPER solid wire , 14-16 guage , with the insulation completely off , and insert one end into the drain hole as far as possible without any force . Wrap the other end about 1 1/2 to 2 turns , around the black rod (defrost heater) , above the hole . When refrig goes into defrost , the heat will transfer from the heater , to the wire , keeping the hole from freezing up again

Your referring to the 'LAVA ROCK' which lines the botton grate. There should be enough to cover the grate 1 layer deep only.

Freezer drain is full of water and freezes up and water ends up getting on floor. How can it be unplugged?

Remove the food from the freezer and ice maker ( if equipped ) . Remove the screws from the back panel , and remove the panel . Use a hair dryer , starting in the middle , below the coils , and defrost until you see the drain hole . Use hot water to help thaw the drain hole . Once water flows down , use a small hose inserted into the hole , and blow thru , to remove any debris accumulated in the drain line . Get a piece of ALUMINUM solid wire ( 14 - 16 guage ) about 9" long , completely stripped of insulation , and insert it into the hole as far as possible ( without force ) . Wrap the other end , about 1-2 turns around the black rod ( defrost heater ) just above the hole . When the refrig goes into defrost , the heat will transfer to the wire , keeping the drain hole from freezing up again .
