Question about Car Audio & Video
Hello.... sorry to hear you are having a problem. It sounds as if the system may be in valet mode. A lot of remote start systems have a feature like this to keep the car from starting. You can turn this mode on when you are having your vehicle serviced and it keeps the car from accidentally starting when a mechanic is working on the engine. It will still allow you to use the lock features but not the starter. If you will let me know the make and model of the system you are using I can research this for you. Also the make, model and year of the vehicle would be helpful as well. Hope this helps!
