Question about HP Photosmart D7360 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Printer ran out of Magemta cartridge ink. Installed a new cartridge, and printer says that cartridge is empty and will not print. Installed another new cartridge - same message. Photosmart d7360 fails to print. Says the pink cartridge is empty, but the ink level display looks ok. Installed a new cartrridge, same failure. Diagnostic utility says all is OK, but still fails to print test page from hp diagnostic utility. Rebooted printer, rebooteds computer, disconnected and reconnected USB cable, stll faqils to print and reports not enuf ink.
HP support decided it could not be repaired on line, agreed to replace it but found it was a few days out of waranty...so it is dead in the water. Probably not cost effective to repair it.
