Your calculator is set to display no digits after the decimal point. To change this, you have two options: press 2nd [SCI/ENG] then select "FLO" for floating decimal or press 2nd [FIX] then select the desired number of digits after the decimal point (or F for floating).

Two alternatives:

Press SHIFT MODE 6 then a digit greater than 2 to specify the desired number of digits to the right of the decimal point. For example, of you select 3 the number will be displayed rounded off to 0.004 .

Press SHIFT MODE 9 2 to select the NORM2 mode.

Be aware that in any mode if the magnitude of the number drops below 10^-9 then the calculator will automatically switch to scientific mode. The calculator can't display more than nine digits after the decimal point---the display just isn't big enough.

To do this you need to set your calculator to a fixed decimal value. You can do this by Pressing 2nd + FIX (decimal point) and then setting it to 0 decimal places. This will round a number to the nearest whole number.

Hope that helps.

Press [SHIFT][MODE] to enter the (SETUP) screen, then select the number
to the left of FIX. Once you do you will be prompted to enter a number
between 0 and 9. If you enter 4 all your decimal results will have 4
decimal digits. If you choose 0, all decimal numbers will be rounded to
the nearest integer (whole number).

Regardless of the floating display mode (SCI, FIX or NORM) the calculator is configured for, the decimal results will be in SCIENTIFIC format if they are too small or too large.
