Question about Cameras
It's neither, really, it's 640 x 480 @ 30 frames per second. The assumption these days is that you're going to keep your movies on your computer and play them there. However, if you're considering converting your movies to a DVD, or some other format that uses PAL or NTSC, then your answer will be "NTSC" because the conversion from ZM1 to NTSC will be painless, whereas the conversion from ZM1 to PAL will lose one out of 6 frames, resulting in very slightly stuttered motion.
