Hello ericsonreyes:
When you get ready to click on the program to install just right click the .exe file to install and it should give you the option to run as administrator. At least it does in Windows 7.
Hope that helps, Peter N.

Abusript instalation could not open registry

It wasn't started with administrative rights. If this is in windows 7, 8, or 10, right click and run the installer with administrative rights. If the program still can't access the registry, it is likely that a registry file it requires is locked down by a security program (anti-virus, anti-rootkit, anti-spyware, anti-adware, anti-malware). Try disabling these programs before installing.

Trying to install a programme

You need administrator rights to install programs on your computer. If you are using a work computer or school computer (maintained by an IT group) you should contact them to determine if and how you can achieve administrative rights.
If this is your personal computer then this problem is coming from your Operating System. You need to right-click on the installation file and click "Run as Administrator" to give the program the rights to change files on your computer. A warning will pop-up asking if you are sure you want to give this program the right to change files, just click yes/OK and follow the on-screen instructions for installing your software.

Hey there; I couldn't install programs on my PC since I have no admin. previlage. How can I do that on my account? my PC is networked and network administred.

You can install programs on your PC ONLY with Administrator privileges!
It could be either by logging in as an administrator (or any other account with administrative privileges; Sometimes even Power User privileges is enough) OR right-clicking on the setup file of the program and choosing "Run as..." and specifying a suitable user account.
Other way will be cracking/resetting the Administrator's password - but I won't get into it... Anyway, it's probably set on a server and not in your local PC.

PS: You can ask your network administrator to grant you privileges as a local administrator (ie, only for your own PC) - if he agreed - that should solve your problem! :)

Is cs3 Compatible in Vista Home Basic

Did you run the install as an administrator? Try right-clicking on the setup icon of the program and choose "Run as administrator" Most programs have repair options during installation, try repair if you can. If you dont try to remove. In ALL cases you must do this as an administrator under Vista.

That looks like a permission problem.
Do you have administrative rights on that machine?

If you are trying to install, right-click the installation icon for the program, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

If the program installs but does not run, right-click the program icon, click Properties, click the Compatibility tab, select the Run this program as an administrator check box, and then try to run the program.

I need to install my epson dx 6000 series to vista but the cd wont install

Ensure that you are running the programs as administrator. If you are not sure , then locate the installer file, click the right button of mouse, and chose "run as administrator" from drop down menu.

If it still does not install from disk, try downloading the software from here, and use "run as administrator" option to start the installer.

Unplug printer USB before running the driver setup program, the install wizard will tell you when re-connect the printer.

I am trying to install a photosmart all in one C5180 on my pc running Vista. It keeps saying that the program cannot be installed as use by and asking me to log on as the Administrator. I AM the...

This is normal with Vista, Vista log in users as standard (not Administrator privileges) , then ask if to run programs as administrator for security reasons. Once you tell the system to run program as administrator it should install with no problems.
If you really cannot install the program, you can restart computer and login as administrator:
At the "pick a user to login" screen, hit CTRL-ALT-DEL to get the classic login screen. Then you can type in Administrator for the user name, default password is blank.
