My samsung e250 always says limited service when i switch it on, even when i change the sim card.It has been saying these since i putted on these code #x7337#. please help me

entering 00000000 is for phone lock code

network lock means need to openline or unlock network provider...

go to the nearest mobile center...

You get limited service if your handset is blacklisted or if its locked to some other service provider,so try unlocking or useing the same sim given along with the phone..

did you insert a sim card into the phone?

If the sim card is already inserted, then it must be a network problem.

Its either the phone network is bad or your phone service provider does have a limited service at the moment.

Switch of the phone, remove the battery and sim card, put them back into the phone and try again.

If the problem still persists, maybe you should call your phone service provider.

HI i have same problem with my samsung.

1.insert this code *7465625*28782# without sim card.
2.the phone will show you message of protected activated,click o.k.
3.again insert the same code without sim card.
4.now put in your sim card.
5.when you put in different sim card(network),phone will ask for code,insert all the 0's phone will work on any network

mate this happened to me aswell. first type in *#06# and tell me what comes up. If you have all zeros as your IMEI number you will need to have the IMEI number reset to the original one. this can be done from a mobile phone ulocking shop.

check ur sim card is inserted properly
strip ur phone, seprated it leave it for 15 mins, put it back 2 gether again
unlock ur phone

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

this is a common problem with the e250. All you have to do it get a s/w upgrade for the phone from the nearest samsung customer service.
