Question about Samsung Memoir SGH-T929 Cell Phone
Touch screen phones often come with defects of some sort. With this type of problem you can either take the phone apart and try to fix it yourself or take it back to the store that sells the phone and you should get a replacement. I've had to send a couple of phones back with screen or trackball issues.
If you want to take the risk of fixing the hardware yourself you can try this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/index.php/archive/member.php?u=2751506
I hope this answers your question and good luck!
