Question about Sony Televison & Video
There is jam on the mechanical loading disk tray or the motor is stuck up.
If you have a tools like Philip screw or flat screw, remove the cover of the unit after you unscrew. Make sure the unit is power off.
Using your finger, try to gently push the gear on the mechanical loading disc tray so that disc tray is ejected.
Then power on the unit, see it returns back to close position, now try to eject the door again by pressing the button.
Let me know if that fix it. If not, I'll provide you with second solution.
