Question about Computers & Internet
If its only a windows password you may wanna try to go to safe mode with networking (turn off then turn on while pressing f8)then hopefully it will not ask for password to change it under user profile..if it is asking for password it is better to reset your pc to its factory state by calling your manufacturer

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
