SOURCE: whirlpool accubake oven problem

I had the same problem and followed the process listed above....yes, I did unplug/turn off the circuit and am alive to share this update! Right off I noticed that the ribbon cable was loose. For those who have tinkered around with other electronics such as a PC, etc., note that this ribbon cable is not secured by the connector (atleast in my case). Reseated the cable and turned the power on. Voila- the bake option works. Tested it by turning it on for 20-30 seconds. Touched the bake element and got proof that it was working fine (via a singe of the ring finger ;-)).

About three minutes or so later, the display started to beep with an error code - E0 F2. A shorted keypad is what it stands for. The clock was still operable. I could still select the bake option, broil option, etc. Ran a test bake cycle but it turned off after a minute or so and started to display the E0 F2 code again.

Started the process all over ie turn power off, take panel off, reseat ribbon cable. Turn power on and test by holding the Cancel button for five seconds. Still displays the E0 F2 error. Waited for 10 minutes but this time no more beeping or error display. Ran a preheat cycle for 4+ minutes without any problems. The oven warms up and the bake element glows red. Hopefully, all is well. Will see what it does when we bake something the next time.

SOURCE: Whirlpool Accubake Super Capacity 465 gas range. Oven won't light

Some gas ranges may take 10 or so minutes to light.
Other than that you may have a defective glow bar ignitor.
If it glows and does not light the reistance in the ignitior has failed.

I have a whirlpool oven which is suppose to be self cleaning but cannot figure out how to do it.Model #wfc-150m0eb0

Whirlpool uses the same manual for many of their ranges. The Self-Clean Cycle is marked with an asterix because it is only available on some ranges using that manual. Looking at the support page for the WFC150M0EB0, there is a good close-up picture of the control panel for the range. There is no Self-Clean touch pad button on the left hand side of the control panel. Thus your range doesn't include the feature. The Self-Clean would be in line between the Bake/Broil buttons and Control Lock button.

Whirlpool has the documentation and images for the WFC150M0EB ranges on the product page: https://www.whirlpool.com/kitchen/cooking/ranges/single-oven-freestanding/p.4.8-cu.-ft.-freestanding-counter-depth-electric-range.wfc150m0eb.html . The direct link to the owner's manual is https://www.whirlpool.com/content/dam/global/documents/201406/owners-manual-W10719733-RevA.pdf .

I wish that I had better news for you.

We have a Whirlpool Gas Range, model SF357PEKQ. When I start the bake feature, you can hear the gas flow, the ignitor click (about 4 times) yet there is no ignition of the gas (flame doesn't start)....

Whirlpool had some grounding issues with some of their electronic ignition ranges. Make sure your outlet is grounded first. Then you might need to make sure the bake burner itself is grounded very good against the range frame. I have put star washers between the burner and frame and tightened very tight, that sometimes helps. Also make sure the holes in the burner under the spark electrode are clear from debris. Sometimes the burning of gas leaves a residue that can stop up the holes and not let the gas flow out where the spark is hitting the burner. Hope that helps.

How do you recalibrate the oven temperature of a Whirlpool Accubake oven system

Hello,

To do that;
  1. Press BAKE

  2. Select a temperature of 550 or highest temp on some models its 500

  3. Quickly (within 5-seconds of setting 550) press and hold the BAKE button approximately 5-15 seconds until "00" or the previously entered temperature adjustment is displayed.

Pressing longer could cause an F0, F1 or F7 error to be displayed.

  4. Press the UP/DOWN arrow button or turn the set knob to change the oven temperature in 5° increments to a maximum of +/- 35°

  5. Press the CLEAR or OFF button to return to normal operation.

My whirlpool accubake SC465 has the code"E1 F5". What does that mean?

The E1- F5 error is a door lock error.

The control (TIMER) has likely failed in this instance - BUT...

Sometimes when you disconnect power to a range and reconnect it the electronic range control gets confused.
You should disconnect power again for 15 seconds and reconnect and see if that helps.

If it doesn't cure the E1- F5 error hold the bake button in until E0- F2 appears in the display.
This is the error for a stuck button on the keypad and is the way to clear the memory of the electronic range control.

Sometimes these work, but if the control has failed it won't make any difference.

Whirlpool accubake rbd245pdb no power to control

Make sure there's power getting to your range, oven or cooktop. Check for a tripped circuit breaker or a blown fuse. Check the wall socket for power with a voltmeter or by plugging something else in.

If all check out ok with all the above, replace the ERC
