How to use my sms card

If you camera came with a cable that has a flat end (USB PORT) you can plug it into the computer and turn the camera on. The computer will recognize it and give you options to open the files on it. You can look through the camera files just like you would look through any disk files or usb flash drive files.

Once you find your camera pictures, I would suggest opening the MY Pictures folder on your computer. If you want all the camera pictures within one folder within the My Pictures folder, then first create a New Folder and give it a name. If you don't care and just want them spreaded all within the My Pictures folder then you don't need to create a folder within the My Pictures folder. You can drag and drop the pictures from the camera you want to the My Pictures or New Folder you created, or you can click Edit at the top of the camera window and select copy then go to the My Pictures or New Folder you created and click Edit at the top of it's window and select Paste.

If you want all the pictures from the camera, then you can select Edit at the top of the camera window and then SELECT ALL, then Edit followed by Copy, then go to the MY Pictures or the New Folder and click Edit then Paste.

Panasonic DMC-ZR1 has foreign object inside lens. Can I open camera and use compressed air to clear this out? Shows on zoom.

The practical answer is that you can't open the camera and use compressed air. The real answer is..."sure....open it up and grab that can of compressed air. Just don't be surprised or upset when you put the camera back together and it no longer works. But the experience will be fun." If the foreign object doesn't actually appear on the pictures, don't worry about it. All lenses have stuff and dust inside. It will move around as time passes.

Hi,
you can't remove it easily if you are not an experienced personal. If you want remove it, pls remove the screws at the back side of the laptop. Before removing any part, you need to remove the battery from the laptop. After removing the screws, place the laptop to the wright position. Slowly up the keyboard from the top side. Pls don't force on laptop, it may damage your laptop...

I have a nv-gs140 with a usb cable. I can transfer pictures to my pc - but I don't know how to transfer the video tape to the pc?

You must connect using a firewire cable to the camera firewire port and computer. Firewire may also be called iLink or IEEE1394a.
Open Windows Movie Maker for PCs or iMovie using a Mac.
Any other video editing application will also work.

I have lost instruction booklet and don't have a clue how to download photos from camera to my PC

You should be able to download a user manual for your camera from the manufacturers website, just follow links for support and downloads. You may have to enter the model details of your camera as you go.

With most PC's now, all you need to do is connect your camera to your PC via a USB cable and switch it on and wait. The PC should detect the camera and ask you how to you want to view the files. Choose the folder option, continue drilling down through the folders till you get to your photos.

If a menu doesn't pop up, click on My computer, the camera should appear as an extra hard drive. Click on and open the folders.

If your pc has a card reader, you can take the memory card out of the camera and put it in the card reader slot, click on my computer. The card should appear as an extra hard drive. Click on and open the folders.

You really don't need "drivers" so to speak with digital cameras. But if you like to use the kodak easy share software here is the link for your camera:
