SOURCE: dream maker 400 cover always fill with water

You will need to either get a new cover or buy a new extralarge tarp and use as cover. Thanks jj505

SOURCE: dream maker 400 cover always fill with water

You can always cut small holes in the bottom of the cover to allow the water to drain out until you deside to buy a new cover. When you do deside to buy a cover try and get one that doesn't have a solid bottom but one with a mesh cover on the inside this way the water can not build up in it.

Dream maker spa x-400 won't shut off keeps heating. I have turned it off and let it tottaly cool down the temp max temp is set to 95 and it never shuts off until it gets to 105 and overheats.

I had the same problem last year, I talked to a spa guy and he stated that the temp sensor was probably covered in bio crud. He also stated that the tub should be cleaned with a hot tub flush. After doing that I have not had a problem with the temp settings.

Motor will not come on. flashing OH on tub display dial. Dream maker Model #8003 x 400 series 86L Just purchased used spa and have no manual or directions. thanks

OH stands for Over Heat situation.
If the motor is not working at all, you are getting the OH code because of that. The OH happens when there is not enough circulation in the hot tub which causes the water near the heater to overheat the sensor located in that area. It sounds like either the pump has failed, the wiring has shorted to the motor, or the control board is not telling the pump to come on.
Its probably a bad motor since the heater is obviously activating, which it wouldnt if the pumps motor was getting no power. Replace motor and all should be well again.

I just installed my new X400 Dreamaker Spa. I filled it with water (although cold) and it has been warming up for approx. 18 hours and is only at 80 degrees? Is this normal? How long should it take to...

This is normal with the dream maker spa. The dream maker spas are poorly insulated, and only run 120 volts with a very small heater.
When the unit is first filled, the hot tub will not heat full time either. Most new hot tubs will have freeze protection below 50 degrees F. They will recirculate automatically using the friction and the pumps heat to warm the water above 50 degrees, and then the heating unit will kick on. These hot tubs do not heat while the jets are on high either, so once you are in it using the jets on high, the temperature will start to fall.

Now that you are up to 80 degrees, it should heat up fairly quick however.

I bought a home and my coleman spa 400 series has a problem, the jets 1 don't come on, jets 2 do. the water isn't heating up. was wondering what the problem could be

Pump one is the pump that does all the work in your spa. It handles the heating and filtering. If pump one does not work, It will not heat. It is likely pump one is gone but a technician would be needed to determine if it is the pump or the spa pack.
