Question about Maxent MX-42HPM20 42 in. Plasma HDTV
Above is a link where hopefully you can download a service manual.
As I tell all my students when teaching them servicing, and on no matter whatever it is, one simply MUST start at the PSU, and check and make sure that the voltages are all correct, as if they aren't correct here then no where else can be OK.
remember that usually too, whenever we have a Fault, we have the Damaged component, and also the Damage DONE, and sometimes co-lateral damage too, this ALL must be found and repaired as if anything is overlooked, well this is why units fault again soon after repairs, as the engineer didn't attend to All the problems and although he got the unit functioning he didn't repair it fully.
These devices are indeed extremely difficult to service even with the correct data and spare parts so don't be too discouraged if you find it difficult.
It really is a matter of "Are my voltages correct?"
above is a plasma training manual to assist you.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Here's a link to this great service
