Question about RCA DRC8320 DVD Recorder/VCR
It has probably shorted out. I would purchase a new one on eBay, such as this. Another option is to send this in for warranty repair.
You can check to see if it has shorted out by opening up the case, and using a multimeter to test the voltage levels and current levels at different parts of the circuit.
