I'm using a friends iFoe P168 Plus and yes, you can reset to manufacturers default settings. Go to "System", then "Settings" and finally, "Restore Factory Settings". Once you do that, the default code to unlock is 1122. If you still have the manual, which I found only partially helpful with this phone, it gives you the default code to unlock.
First you need to call your service provider, AT&T, Orange Etc. and ask the operator to send you the setting for GPRS/WAP. Once you receive the SMS Text message with the settings, just save it and you will be ready to start using the internet.

Either your battery is short (which means your battery is at a dead state of health and is unable to be recovered) or your device's software + hardware are completely malfunctioning.
First, try a new battery if all possible. This will determine if your problem is the handset or your current battery. If your unable to retrieve any new battery for tests, visit your nearest carrier for a quick diagnose. Ask them to try the device, using a new battery.
The phone will function correctly if the problem is the battery. However, handset can malfunction due to hardware issues and or software. It's important to try everything possible. Thanks.
I had the same problem and took the battery out so the prones that touch the battery I can see I then took a needle and pulled them out some so it would make a better connection. I had to do this a couple of times. It would stay on for a few hours then shut off again. It has been 3 days now but it is still on. Anyway just remember if it goes off again do the same thing and it should come back on again.
