Question about GPS
Two reasons could cause this. One is corrupted firmware or you need to replace the battery inside it.
Reset the device to solved the issue of the corrupted firmware. Locate the reset hole, there should be one, it is a tiny hole than only a pin can fit.
If the battery can not be removed, check the fuse in the power cord and in the vehicle, replaced them if blown.
