There needs to be more information. This is a very vague questions. Your mtu setting could be too low. This sets the maximum size for a packet that's allowed to pass through your firewall. I used to have people when I worked at comcast having issues with xbox's for this reason. You could be sharing internet and that could be causing it. If you are using wireless more things enter the equation.
