Question about Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition for PC
Usually you can find drivers for a device from the manufacturer's website. Most of them have support pages where you can download drivers, manuals and whatever else they offer. They usually have other information available as well like answers to frequently asked questions, user forums and so on. I've never run across a case where they charge for these downloads.
Sometimes you'll run into a piece of equipment that isn't supported. Perhaps the manufacturer has gone out of business or sold that division, or the product has been discontinued and they no longer support it (sadly, it does happen). In these cases, you can try finding drivers from the many driver websites on the Internet. Most of these offer drivers for free, although some may require free registration before you can download anything. When downloading drivers from these sites, make sure you have good current antivirus software on your system.
If you have a specific device you need drivers for, please post a comment with some details, and maybe I can help find what you need.
