Question about EliteGroup G41TM (V10) (G41TM(10)) Motherboard

My installation CD of the motherboard was lost, unable to install the motherboard drivers with the internet but could not install the drivers for audio and video. I'm no sound and the videos do not run. What do I do?

Look in msi site http://www.msi.com/product/mb/G41TM-E43.html for the drivers. or ypu just download the newer version of the motherboard in msi for the compatability of the devices

you need to install network adapter first before you can connect to internet
check it at device manager, is there any yellow mark?if yes insert you motherboard cd driver
then chose to install LAN card driver
the otherway is install from device manager. with cd driver inserted right click at yellow mark then chose update driver, follow the step untill process finish and the yellow mark at device manager disappear
try to connect to internet through your modem

Motherboard P4i65GV ASROCK. Installed WIN XP service pack 2 , ethernet controller is not installed shows exclamation mark in device manager.Unable to connect to net.


you must ethernet controller driver first
goto device manager, right click at exclamation mark, then chose update driver, follow instuction step by step, if it ask for cd driver insert motherboard cd driver, if you did not have cd driver download ethernet controller here

wait until process finish and exclamation mark at device manager disappear, and try to connect your computer to internet

Actual i had formatted my system using windows xp 2002 but unable to install my motherboard drivers i dont have my motherboard cd so i need to install it through internet but it is not happening so kindly...


Search manufacturers website for make and model of motherboard and then search there website for the motherboard drivers
download them to your computer and install them from windows

Access the manufacturer's web-site: http://www.asus.com
and click "support" or "download".
Enter the model-number, and do a search.
Pick the device-drivers.
Download & install them.

Motherboard cd lost


Find another computer with a CD-writer and Internet access.
Access the ASUS web-site. Search the site, for your specific motherboard. Select and download the device-drivers for VIDEO and NETWORK. Burn the downloaded files to a CD-R.
Move the CD-R disk to your computer, and install the device-drivers.

I reinstalled Windows XP and lost internet connectivity. In addition, windows is unable to find tcp/ip components when I try to install them. How do I regain connectivity?


your motherboard did not automatically recognize the Ethernet card and so therefore, you have to install it your self through your system utility cd install the network. i.e lan. thanks

without the drivers on the motherboard cd ur sound and other hardware will not work. if u can connect to the internet u should be able to download the drivers, else u have to settle for no sound or change the motherboard
