Most likely you just need to install the drivers. You might have a drivers and application disc from the manufacturer. If not, you can probably find them by searching for your model from the downloads and drivers page of your manufacturer's website.

If you can't find the drivers, please post your system model number and your version of Windows and any drivers you need from device manager (right click on my computer and select properties, then select the device manager or hardware tab).

Please leave feedback if this helps. Thanks.

Cant download music on mp4. It looks like it on when you plg in mp4 into comuter but when doesnt show anything

This is what you do . First you go to reformat the device by using the Reformat button in the settings . It may also be named "Reset Internal Memory" or "Reset Internal Settings" . Once you do that , you basically have a brand new MP3 . Now , what you do is you go to your AUDIBLE file in your MP3 (using your computer) and make a "Music" folder in it . Once youve done that , drag your music files over and presto , youre done . Now , the most important thing is SAFELY EJECT it from youre comp , or this will happen all over again . Hope this helps !

Choppy music playback...

Your pc is infected with viruses and tehre were already some missing files with your Operating System and needs to be reformatted. Refer it to qualified technician...

if you have the installation soiftware CD's (which come with your PC when you bought it) you can do it, just follow the step by step prompt on the windows screen.
the chronological steps should be:
1. install the OS
2. install the motherboard drivers (VGA, sound, LAN, USB, atc)
3. install modem drivers.

NOTE: make sure to back up your files before doing all those things...

Good Luck...
