Question about HTC Cell Phones
If your carrier has pushed out a firmware upgrade then upgrading will be a breeze. Simply go to the setting page and click about phone. Once there click on the option to search for update. If there is a firmware upgrade available you can then go and download it. If your carrier has not pushed out any firmware upgrades to its users then this method wont work and you will not be able to upgrade without rooting your phone and voiding your warranty.
Hope this helps!!!
