Hi, I just paid $12 for a question, and your web page offered me a $9.95 per month signup service for more questions. But I closed my browser, and when I go back, I can't find this page or offer. How can...


I certanly hope not... that would be rediculous, you should try e-mailing FIXYA on the bottom of this page under CONTACT about this...

I suppose they dont go over all the questions one by one it must take some time for the team to notice something like this

Why is it that I cannot apply for a premium expert position when in fact I rank as a GURU with 85.+ rating, and 31 votes? I think I am qualified.

How do I reset the Pixma MP130 Printer?


Hi,

Here this step by step to resetting waste ink counter printer Canon Pixma MP130
  1. You will include printer.
  2. Press button MENU, then SCAN, COPY and again SCAN - they entered into the service regime.
  3. Select NVRAM ACCESS and further BY OK.
  4. Select SET Abs- m level and advance value equal to zero.
  5. Select SET Abs- r level (if there is) and also you will establish into zero.
  6. You will turn off printer by button POWER.

How can you take phone calls for fixya?


Hi 03mazda6, welcome to Fixya! Glad to hear that you're interested in providing Premium Phone Support. In order to apply to provide Phone Support, you must first earn at least one Category Expert Badge. You do that by answering at least 50 free, unsolved problems in a given category, receiving at least 5 ratings on those solutions, and maintaining at least an 80% average asker rating on those solutions. There's a module on the right of your Answer Questions page that will help you track your progress towards new Badges. Category Expert Badges you've earned will appear at the top of that module, as well as on the left of your My Profile page. Once you have earned a Category Expertise Badge, you will be able to apply to provide Phone Support via the banner advertising it on your Answer Questions page. You will need a US phone number to apply. FixYa is currently doing a major overhaul on Phone Support, to introduce some key features our Experts requested. While we're working on these changes, we will not be doing Phone Support interviews or approving new Experts. However, as soon as the changes are complete, hopefully within the month, we will immediately start approving new Experts for the system.
