The only thing left is the horizontal driver transformer and horizontal driver transistor, resolder the transformer and remove the transistor and check for leakage. If none of these remedy the situation there may be a short in the transformer, or the other possibility is the timing capacitors one or two may be open or low in value, if you have changed these that would rule it out.
If you have never worked on anything eletrical or electronic before, it may be a bad idea, there is very hi voltage in side the tv even if it has been unpluged for days. Unless you aready know about the dangers as well as how to safly dischare it i would just get a new tv. A new tv is much cheaper then getting eltrocuted. As far as actully putting one in, it isnt to bad, u need a good soldering gun, soldier, and a desoldering tool. Its definaty not plug and play there is work to get it solderd in there at least 20 solderng connections. If you have never soldered then its not worth the risk. if you have the eltronics safty know how, then its maybe a 35 minute job
Its not worth the repair if you still want to go ahead i need to know two things: Are you going to have a qualified electronics technician fit it? If you are planning to fit it yourself are you a qualified electronics technician? If you answered no to both of these questions i cannot tell you where to get one or how to fit it due to the massive amounts of danger involved.
